CHOCOLATE MICROWAVE FUDGE MADE ON THE STOVE-TOP

Using a heavy-bottomed pot, add milk, butter and vanilla; combine over medium heat and stir until the butter is melted. Add the Chocolate Microwave Fudge Mix; stir to combine, and increase the heat to medium-high so the mixture boils, then whisk CONSTANTLY for about 2 minutes while it is boiling. Place in pan and refrigerate to set.
